Why can't I see prices on the site?
The price of a promotional product isn't a single number: quantity, print method, number of colours and deadline all change it directly. Publishing a fixed list would mislead you. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll work out your exact price — getting a quote is free and commits you to nothing.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We don't impose a fixed minimum. For some products the way they're made means quantities above a certain point make more sense; for others small runs are perfectly possible. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we'll say clearly what we can do at that number.
How long does it take to get my quote?
We reply within 24 hours at the latest to requests arriving on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00. Requests received at weekends or on public holidays are answered on the first working day. If your job is urgent, say so when you write on WhatsApp and we'll move it up.
Which print methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, laser engraving, UV digital, pad printing and embroidery. Which method suits depends on the product's material, the detail in your logo and the quantity. Tell us your logo and the product, and we'll recommend the method that will give the best result.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
We prepare same-day samples for in-stock products. We'd rather you held the print in your hand and approved it from there — no surprises later. Mention your sample request when you ask for a quote and we'll plan it together.
What format should I send my logo in?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) gives the best result; it stays sharp in print. If all you have is a PNG or JPG, send it anyway — we'll check whether it's usable and tell you what's needed. You can send your file over WhatsApp.
How do I decide without seeing the product?
Two ways: you can request a sample, or visit our Kadıköy office and inspect the products in person. If you'd like to talk your project through face to face, we'll book you in; if you're further away, we'll send the sample to your address.
How is delivery handled?
We ship packed orders from our Ümraniye warehouse to addresses across Türkiye. Lead time varies by product, quantity and print method. Tell us your delivery date and we'll confirm clearly, along with the quote, whether we can meet it.
Can I order several products at once?
Yes — corporate sets are the job we do most often. Add the products you like to your quote list and send them in one go; we'll price them all in a single quote with one shipping plan.
The product I want isn't on the site — what should I do?
Our catalogue is wider than what you see; we also source products that aren't on the site. Write down the product you have in mind, what it's for and your budget — we'll find it and price it, or suggest a better-suited alternative.
